Coach Danielle Kemp was born and raised in San Diego. She grew up as an athletic girl who thrived on keeping up with the boys in all sports and atheletic challenges! She started playing competitive soccer when she was 5 years old and her competitive soccer journey did not end until she was 20. Many of those years, she was team captain, which helped her develop into the determined, motivating, and confident person that she is today. She credits her overall passion for fitness and wellness to those 15 years of competitive sports. She graduated from San Diego State University in 2013 and became a personal trainer. Pursuing her love for fitness was the best decision she has every made. Danielle has a mission to inspire as many people as she can to turn fitness or exercising as a chore into fitness or exercising because of a developed passion. Working out is so much fun! Danielle absolutely LOVES being a coach at Orange Theory Fitness because the community built, energy created, and the improvements she gets to see in her members in every class. The connection that she has made with the members that attend her classes is truly rewarding, and she says the members inspire her every day. She has experience teaching boot camps, Spin, circuit style training, and one on one personal training, but OTF is her home and she couldn’t be more happy to be a coach here! Danielle bleeds ORANGE , and cant wait to see you in her next class.
